You can print out the apartment application form from the link below (you can also get an application from the town hall). Fill in the printed form by hand, add all required documents and mail the signed form to the housing office.
Remember to add all the necessary documents, otherwise, we won’t process the application. We will check the applicant’s credit score from Bisnode Finland Oy during the application process. Bad credit history or unpaid rents can prevent you from getting a rental apartment or impact the amount of deposit you have to pay.
An apartment application is valid for six-months at a time. Following that period, you will need to renew it.
You can renew your application over the phone or by mail. If your situation changes, you will have to update your application.
